Your Key to a Successful Move

We aim to make your move memorable for all the right reasons never forgetting that your Recommendation is Our Reputation.

Your New Home

Our aim is to supply a superior service at a competitive price, enabling us to continue building on our already established reputation for total customer satisfaction.

Our role is to move your items from one location to another without damage to goods or property. We achieve this using good quality vehicles, correct equipment, careful thought, expertise and care and due diligence at all times.

As well as caring for items being moved we take care of our customers and treat them with respect, good manners, and diplomacy in what can be a very stressful time.

High Value Items

Pianos, Antiques and other special items require very special consideration.

We have the necessary equipment and trained personnel for this delicate operation. If a piano is included in a full or part house move it would be wise to make a point of this when enquiring.

We provide special packers for artworks, china and glass. These experts are trained to take special care of extremely delicate items.

  • Do your Research
  • Do your research, select your mover and book a date, remember that Fridays, weekends and bank holidays are very busy periods for removal companies.

Dispose of things that are not worth moving. If you do this now you will save time and the unnecessary packing of items.

  • Be Organised

  • Take a long hard look at what you need to take to your new home. Getting rid of items that have passed their use-by-date.

  • Westermans understand that cash is not always available on the day of the move so we accept payment via all major credit and debit cards

  • Create a Floor Plan

  • Draw a floor plan of your new home and name each room so that it can be given to the removers. This makes it easier for the removers to locate items in correct rooms so you have no lifting of boxes or moving furniture yourself once they have left.

  • Clearly Label all Items
  • Clearly label all boxes and large items. Don't use boxes that are very large, no matter what you put in them large boxes are extremely difficult to move. don't overload boxes, for the same reason. Put instruction on boxes, as required (FRAGILE THIS WAY UP). Label all boxes this way up.
